The event features the filmmakers Rafal Morusiewicz, Guilherme Maggessi, Nina de Vroome, Henrietta Williams, and Merijn Royaards.

They will engage in conversation with Dr. Penelope Haralambidou (The Bartlett School of Architecture), Dr. Lilian Chee (National University of Singapore), and the Film Place Collective.

Participants are from Winnipeg, Singapore, London, and the Netherlands and cover a time zone span of 14 hours.

BLIND SPOT – Spaces of Lockdown presents work that responds to the pandemic crisis as it is felt in relation to the spatial environment. It asks how film can register and communicate our changing experience of place, from the city in lockdown to sites of making.

New work goes live each Tuesday at 13 EST/18 GMT.

See the films at the Film Place Collective website.
