Join us for the finissage of After Fire 344, an ongoing research project by Piper Bernbaum and Lisa Moffitt examining the 2023 Québec wildfire 344 and its impacts on the community of Lebel-sur-Quévillon.

Through photography, video, maps, and physical models, the exhibition explores the dynamic behaviour of wildfire and the diverse spatial and material traces left behind by a megafire. The work asks important questions about how architecture, landscape, and communities can respond to an increasingly volatile wildfire landscape.

As we close the exhibition, we invite you to join Piper and Lisa for a final opportunity to experience the work and learn more about the research behind it.
