Jenny Lafrance
Contract Instructor
Jenny Lafrance, OAA, PMP, LEED GA, graduated in 2005 from Université de Montréal School of Architecture. She joined Provencher_Roy in 2018 after working as an architect with A4 Architecture + Design, which she co-founded in 2014 alongside three other colleagues. As a partner at Provencher_Roy since 2021, she manages and ensures the development of the Ottawa-Gatineau branch.
As a seasoned project manager, Jenny has expertise in the healthcare, education and cultural sectors, where she leads numerous teams in the context of new construction as well as various expansions and redevelopment mandates. Jenny Lafrance demonstrates constant rigour and a unifying ambition that rallies team members around a shared goal.
She has been involved in training young people to become technologists and architects for the past 4 years, either in P_R studio or in or in educational institutions and is deeply committed to sharing her knowledge of the field with the next generation.
Her main interests in the profession are beautiful, sustainable and inclusive architectural designs , as architecture must be a public good accessible to all in a “universe is far too beautiful for the ordinary” – unknown author.
