Hrishikesh More is a foreign-trained architect, educator, and founder of the international and award-winning firm Hrishikesh More Architects with over 17 years of professional experience spanning residential, institutional, and interior architecture. He has successfully led projects, with a focus on design-build private residences and institutional work.
His work as the principal architect has led to numerous publications and awards. The Orange Box, a container-based adaptive reuse project, has received international recognition and has been published in multiple architectural platforms.
In addition to practice, Hrishikesh has established himself as a dedicated educator. From 2020 to 2024, he taught at AIKTC in Navi Mumbai, leading design studios in housing, public buildings, working drawings, and building technology for undergraduate students. He has also served as a critique panellist at numerous architectural colleges in Navi Mumbai, Mumbai, and Carleton University.
He is currently working on his BEFA (Broadly Experienced Foreign Architect) certification process toward architectural licensure in Canada. His design interests include housing, adaptive reuse, museum design, and creating engaging architectural experiences for children and youth.
