Holly Klein-Swormink holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Carleton University. She began working at Carleton in 2014 and has held administrative roles in the Technology Innovation Management program, the Department of University Communications, and various roles within Arthur Kroeger College of Public Affairs. Holly was awarded the Faculty of Public Affairs Staff Excellence Award in 2020.
