Robert Wood is an alumnus of Carleton University. He has a Bachelor of Arts in undergraduate law. Since completing his degree, Wood ventured into an entirely different direction and became a cabinetmaker, fulfilling a lifelong passion. In 1995, he started a business creating furniture, cabinets, and millwork for commercial and residential clients in the Ottawa area. Wood has extensive experience teaching, including many years teaching cabinetmaking at Algonquin College in its Continuing Education program.
