Hobin Architecture Awards
Awarded annually by the Director of the Azrieli School of Architecture and Urbanism on the recommendation of the Hobin Architecture Awards Selection Committee. The committee will consist of faculty members from the Azrieli School of Architecture and Urbanism and two representatives from Hobin Architecture. Recipients will be selected based on excellence in their fourth-year comprehensive studio project. Established in 2019 by Hobin Architecture.
All students in the fourth-year comprehensive studio project (Fall term) are considered based on final submission of the studio projects. Value may vary ($4,000).
Pella Windows and Doors Prize for Architecture
Awarded annually by the Director of the Azrieli School of Architecture and Urbanism to students who have demonstrated excellence in their fourth-year comprehensive studio project. Established in 2020 by Pella Windows and Doors.
Fourth year BAS students do not need to apply, as they are automatically considered based on their comprehensive studio project. Value may vary. $3,000 to be divided amongst five to six students.
Randell Stanton Memorial Book Prize
Awarded every two years to an outstanding full-time student proceeding from second to third year in the Bachelor of Architectural Studies Program (BAS). The book prize is named in honour of an alumnus of Carleton University who studied and loved the disciplines of English literature and architecture. Donor: Family and friends of the late Randell Stanton. Endowed 1990.
BAS Students proceeding from second to third year do not need to apply, as they are automatically considered. Value may vary ($550).
