June 30, 2023

Kariouk Architects, the office of Associate Professor Paul Kariouk, was selected to exhibit and speak about their m.o.r.e. CLT Cabin in Venice, Italy at a forum established in conjunction with 2023 Venice Biennale of Architecture.

The forum’s theme, “The New Together,” was organized by the Italian journal, Platform Architecture and Design. This event featured a curated list of 140 architecture firms from around the globe; Kariouk Architects was the sole Canadian office represented.

The projects chosen and presented are gathered in a forthcoming publication.

Kariouk Architects’ Associate, John Torres Stelluto (Carleton, BAS Urbanism, 2022) presented the project at Platform Architecture and Design‘s “Architecture Festival” on June 25.

The m.o.r.e. CLT Cabin can be seen on exhibit at the Misericordia di Venezia until July 30.
