Project Description

Architecture education has work to do to de-centre the individual experiences of a small group of privileged students and professionals. This project is definitely not about a designer’s ideas about what a table means. It insists that the work of stripping and refinishing the table in a way that is familiar and recognizable, and that can be appreciated by a broader audience as either well or poorly done, has value in the context of architecture theory.
