Project Description

As architects, are we currently imagining a city that is welcoming to everyone? Or, is the future reserved only for those who can afford it? What are our notions of ‘beauty’ when we imagine the city of tomorrow? This artifact explores the idea of the city built by the collective. This sculpture is a collage of old magazines, fabric and other random materials found around the house. By playing with light, movement, and different perspectives, unique and beautiful moments were captured, moments that one cannot imagine when looking at the materials on their own.
